CARSON, Calif. – Giovani dos Santos’ diving header against the San Jose Earthquakes has been nominated for the 2017 LA Galaxy Goal of the Year presented by AARP.
The partnership of Giovani dos Santos and Romain Alessandrini produced another beauty back in May when the two combined in one of the top goals of the season. Alessandrini set up the play with a perfectly placed pass to dos Santos who beat the San Jose goalkeeper with a diving header.
