CARSON, Calif. – Ashley Cole and Nigel de Jong are “very likely” to play against Seattle Sounders FC on Sunday according to LA Galaxy head coach Bruce Arena.
Cole has missed the last three matches with a hamstring injury, while De Jong was limited in training earlier this week. Both players were back on the practice field on Friday just two days before Sunday’s match against the Sounders in Seattle.
“We’ll see,” Arena said. “It’s very likely.”
