Katie Wargnier is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Dignity Health Southern California Division. Katie has a reputation for creating a culture of excellence. In her role, she also oversees Employee Health Services, and as such, is an advocate for employee wellness and recognition programs.
Her commitment to Dignity Health has positively impacted countless employees and community members. She will officially be retiring in June and we are so thankful for her impact over the many years. Please join us in wishing her all the best on her future retirement.
