In honor of Woman’s History Month, the Hero of the Match presented by Pirnia Law for March 18 is United States Army Captain, Commanding TimMay Beale.
A native of Hampton, Virginia, Beale received her commission in 2016 and began her career as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Adjutant General Corps. She is a cum laude graduate from Elizabeth City State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Military Science and a Concentration in Management. She has been in the Army for over 6 years and currently assumes duty as the Company Commander, Headquarters, San Fernando Valley Recruiting Company, Los Angeles Battalion, 6th Brigade, Encino, CA.
Along with her troops' help, she took over the first-ever, Solider led, Installation Mail Management Center, in Fort Hood, TX. She has planned and prepared multiple Battalion and Brigade Level functions for the United States Army and the community. With her leadership she believes in building a team, readiness, taking care of Soldiers and their families, and the mission. She has a passion for mentorship and continues mentoring previous/current Soldiers and cadets.
